One obvious factor is scenic beauty, it's obviously
not all of it, because you can see nice places by driving
a car, but
it's just not the same as getting
there on foot.

I feel it gives you
a chance to focus
your thoughts,
you definitely have a start and a beginning,
you have a goal, and just go out and do it.

It's the sort of thing that I know, if I don't get
out in the bush, I actually do miss it. So it's sort
of some, I suppose, inate thing there, that
you need this.

I like camping by the rivers,
you get that sound during the
night,
it's a beautiful peaceful... sort of soothes you during
the night and you wake up very peaceful in the mornings...
and it's beautiful camping by the river, lighting the
fire, and sitting around the campfire, a gurgling stream
next to you, it's a wonderful sensation.

I lead a fairly hectic life at home with
the kids and a busy job, and every now and then I feel
like
I just need to
get out,
so I think it's something about going
back to that pristine environment, and it's like you're
drawing your life renewal for your life from that area.

It's not just one thing, I really enjoy
the birds, but it's the trees, the shrubs, it's the
insects, it's the flowers, it's the dry mulch, just
the whole atmosphere
is life-giving.
