Australia's coastline is almost 37,000km
long, made up of colourful reefs, sheltered bays, harsh cliffs and
rocks, and miles of surf-pounded beaches. Well over half of Australians
live within an hour of the edge of this land - get just a tiny taste
of the saltwater.
Most of Australia's remaining rainforest
is found in the Great Dividing Range, which runs from the sub-tropical
Cape York down to cool temperate Tasmania, and along southern Victoria
to South Australia.

in a massacre that occurred at Purrkuji (Sturt Creek Station) circa
1922.
