PROFILES

Patricia Clarke and Fiona Clarke

Born in Warrnambool to Henry, (Banjo) Clarke and Audrey Clarke, (dec). Both sisters are upcoming Aboriginal artists of the local Gunditjmara Clan, whose roots are set deeply within the land that they grew up on, and their Aboriginal culture.

In 1990 Patricia inspired her sister Fiona to paint, when her first exhibition was held at the Splash Studios, Warrnambool.

Both sisters have their own styles and their own way of making their statements through visual expression. Their paintings tell stories through their art.
